🔧 TMS Verification Bot - Updates

 What's New

🛡️ Anti-Spam Protection

  • Users can now only verify once to prevent spam and abuse

  • Attempting to verify again shows a friendly message directing them to contact staff

  • Admin bypass system in place for testing purposes

🏷️ Improved Nickname System

  • Separated Server/Brand Name (for verification review) and Nickname Tag (max 5 characters)

  • Tags appear as Username [TAG] when verified

  • Example: Steve [SCN] for ShadowCraft Network

🎯 Smarter Verification Flow

  • Player role no longer triggers staff review (instant approval)

  • Only roles requiring verification send notifications to staff

  • Filters out blank/empty role selections automatically

📋 Streamlined Form

Removed unnecessary "How did you hear about TMS" field to keep the form clean and focused:

  1. Minecraft Username(s)

  2. Server/Brand Name

  3. Nickname Tag (max 5 chars)

  4. Server Links

  5. Proof Links

🎨 Better UI/UX

  • Added emoji to verification button for visibility

  • 🎮 Improved panel description with clear emojis and formatting

  • Fixed typo in bot avatar display

🔔 Correct Staff Notifications

  • Now pings staff for verification reviews

  • Only pings when proof/review is actually needed

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed "Must be 5 or fewer in length" modal error (Discord's field limit)

  • Fixed blank role selections causing issues

  • Fixed Player role incorrectly requiring staff review

  • Fixed emoji display using proper Unicode instead of ASCII codes
