Registration Terms

These terms apply to all users of TopMC Server, a property of Aethro, LLC. By using this site, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree — don’t use the site.

1. Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to register.
You are responsible for everything done under your account.
Do not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to bypass bans.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post illegal, pornographic, hateful, racist, or abusive content.
Spam the listings, forums, votes, or reviews.
Post misleading or deceptive server info (e.g., fake IPs or “Free OP” lies).
Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate voting or views.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.

Violation of these rules will result in an instant ban — no warnings, no appeals unless we decide to offer one.

3. Listing Rules

By submitting a server listing, you affirm:

You have the right to list and promote that server.
The listing follows our Site Guidelines (see: https://topmcserver.com/guidelines).
You will keep the listing updated and accurate.
VIP/paid slots are subject to removal without refund if you violate the rules.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your original content (e.g., server banners, text).
By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote your content on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any content for any reason, without notice.

5. Paid Services

VIP or premium slots are optional paid placements.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Abuse of paid slots (e.g., rotating spam servers) will result in a ban without refund.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Invision Community Commerce. Aethro, LLC does not storepayment card information.

6. Liability Disclaimer

TopMC Server and Aethro, LLC are not responsible for:

The behavior or conduct of any listed server.
Data loss, downtime, or disruptions.
Any damage caused by your use of this platform.

We provide the service as-is — use it at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to stay informed. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, especially if you break the rules. You agree not to hold us liable for such action.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in California courts.
