The Algorithm

How True Rank Works

Most lists only count votes. We count quality.
True Rank is a composite score designed to highlight communities, not just click-farms.

🗳️

Votes (Normalized)

Votes still matter, but they have diminishing returns. A server with 10,000 votes isn't necessarily 10x better than one with 1,000. We curb the "mega-server" dominance.

📈

Consistency & Uptime

If your server is down, you aren't serving players. Downtime negatively impacts True Rank heavily, rewarding admins who maintain stable environments.

🤝

Verified Vouches

Using our Discord Bot, players can "Vouch" for a server. These are harder to fake than web votes and signal a dedicated, active player base.

🛡️

The Non-P2W Boost

Servers verified as complying with our Non-P2W standards receive a permanent multiplier to their score. We incentivize fair play.

🚫 Anti-Hype & Volatility

New servers often spike in votes for one week and then die. True Rank uses a volatility dampener.

Rapid spikes in a single metric (like votes) without corresponding growth in others (like vouches or uptime) are flagged. This prevents "Fly-by-night" servers from knocking established communities off the front page.

Add Your Server
Vouches & Reviews High Impact
Non-P2W & Uptime Medium Impact
Raw Votes Lower Impact
*Votes alone cannot beat a server with high vouches and Non-P2W status.
